Nick Camilleri is the Managing Director of Avantech and began his career in software development, specialising in automation systems for the manufacturing sector. His development experience started with 4GL languages in Windows and Linux, progressing to encompass the latest in Windows Mobile and Cloud technologies. Nick launched Avantech’s own Scan2x Intelligent Document Scanning software, which is now sold by Canon across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He has delivered training on document management and digital transformation at numerous events across EMEA and has grown Avantech into a leading distributor of office equipment and a key provider of document scanning software for Canon.
