Hank Malik
Hank is an experienced Knowledge Management and Transformation Lead, Specialist, Practitioner, Author and Speaker with over twenty years working in the fields of Knowledge, Information, Change Management and Learning and increasingly Digital Transformation. Hank is a recognised KM subject matter expert delivering solutions with a blend of people, process, content, learning and technology. He has experience with implementing KM internationally, including the Middle East, Europe, the US, and Japan across multiple industry sectors specialising in energy (oil, gas, renewables, nuclear), engineering, and Central Government. He has led numerous KM and IM teams, speaks at international KM conferences, and has contributed authorship to global KM publications, most recently in The KM Cookbook (2019), The Knowledge Manager`s Handbook 2nd edition (2019) and published his first book in 2020, KM – A primer and catalyst to support Digital Transformation. He also led the successful submission for the Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Award for PDO, Oman in 2019 winning both the MENA region and global awards. Hank is an accredited Chartered Knowledge Manger (CILIP) a Master Certified Knowledge Manager (MCKM), a Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) and a Certified Knowledge Environmental Engineer (CKEE).
