13:40 – 14:00 Jaime — A Proof of Concept in Using AI to identify and validate Records Management Policies and Procedures

This session will introduce and demonstrate the use of AI LLM to identify and test a Records Manager’s policies and procedures. The system will identify relevant Records Management Regulations and highlight deficiencies that need to be corrected in order to be in compliance with the identified regulations. Currently a proof of concept using the Nuclear Industry in the US in conjunction with NIRMA (Nuclear Industry Records Management Association) to test against US Federal Regulations. This technology, which AIIM plans to introduce to its members, can be applied to any UK vertical market or other US or international jurisdiction.
