Rachel Mitchell joined Leadership Through Data in 2022 and also serves as a Data Protection Officer and Information Governance Lead for a regulatory body.

She is an Information and Data Specialist with extensive experience in M365 governance, rollout projects, and integrating information governance compliance into technological assets.

Rachel has a proven track record in both national and local government, spanning the regulatory, law enforcement, intelligence, and care sectors.

She holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Information and Records Management from Northumbria University and possesses practical expertise in all aspects of information governance, including data protection, records management, and information security.
